Who am I?\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

James<\/span> is an experienced mechanical estimator with 12 years estimating experience and 20 years in industry experience from site installation through to design works, project management and quantity surveying. I have a HNC in building services design and hold a master\u2019s degree in construction law and am familiar with the commonly used forms contract in the UK.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\n

Working alongside Tier 1 contractors, mid-sized organisations, and one-man bands I am ideally placed to understand what an organisation is looking for from its freelance estimating and commercial services.<\/p>\n
